Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Padam Cotton Yarns has informed that, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for all its directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives with effect from January 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 30, 2025 will be considered and declared. The Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are being intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. The Date of Board Meeting in which the un-audited financial results for the Quarter ended on December 30, 2025 would be considered and will be intimated in due course.
