IIFL Finance reports 11-fold jump in Q3 consolidated net profit
The company’s consolidated total income increased by 40.17% at Rs 3,432.79 crore for Q3FY26
IIFL Finance has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26).
The company has reported near 19-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 301.11 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 15.97 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased over 2-fold at Rs 1,956.53 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 943.89 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported over 11-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 464.30 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 40.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 40.17% at Rs 3,432.79 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 2,448.97 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
