Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Suzlon Energy has submitted copy of the newspaper advertisements for informing the date fixed for hearing of the Scheme being Thursday, 19th March 2026 as per the directions of the Tribunal vide its Order dated 9th January 2026 in the Company Scheme Petition No. C.P.(CAA)/1/AHM)2026 in CA(CAA)/50(AHM)2025, published in the following newspapers: Indian Express (English) published on 22nd January 2026; Sandesh (Gujarati) published on 22nd January 2026. The aforesaid advertisements will also be hosted on the website of the Company at www.suzlon.com.
