Prima Industries informs about award of order
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Prima Industries has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kochi Bench, has vide its Order no. CP(C/Act)/9/KOB/2025 dated 21st January, 2026 approved the further issue of unlisted preference shares of the Company for the purpose of giving effect to the redemption of the existing preference shares of the Company. The Company shall take necessary steps to implement the aforesaid order in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws. A copy of the said order is enclosed for information and records.
