Alufluoride has informed that this is in reference to earlier intimation given on 19th January 2026, pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), regarding holding of Board Meeting on 22nd January, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. In this regard, it noted that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 22nd January, 2026, has approved Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 3 pt December, 2025. Accordingly, they are enclosing Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. These results have been subjected to limited review by statutory auditors who have expressed an unmodified review conclusion. The Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12.15 PM and concluded at 2.05 PM.
