Banas Finance has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 10th February, 2026 to consider the following business: 1. To consider and approve the standalone and consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company, along with Limited Review Report, for the Third quarter ended 31st December, 2025; and 2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, in continuation of letter regarding closure of Trading Window, they re-iterated that in accordance with the Company's ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for Third quarter ended 31st December, 2025.
