PNC Infratech informs about receipt of provisional completion certificate
In accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PNC Infratech has informed that a project namely '6Construction of 6-lane upgradable to 8-lane of Kanpur Lucknow Expressway including spur from km 28.500 to 73.744 km in the State of Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Package-2)’ executed by one of its subsidiary companies namely 'Awadh Expressway Private Limited' ('Concessionaire') has achieved provisional completion. Accordingly, 'Provisional Completion Certificate' (PCC/PCOD) dated 04.02.2026 declaring the Project fit for entry into commercial operations with effect from 1st October, 2025 has been issued by the Independent Engineer vide mail dated 4th February, 2026.
