Genus Prime Infra informs about clarification on price movement
With reference to e-mail dated February 05, 2026 having Ref. No.: L/SURV/ONL/PV/SG/2025- 2026/901, Genus Prime Infra has informed that the Company in the recent past is disseminating to the Exchange all the events, information, etc. that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information and is complying with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, the Company is not aware about the reasons for the significant movement in the Price/Volume of the security of the Company. However, they shall continue to keep the Exchange informed on price sensitive information, if any.
