On the Recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. In terms of the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, they are enclosing the copy of following: a. Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025; b. Limited Review Report on the said Unaudited Financial Results received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company. 2. The Board has considered and noted that Shailendra Mishra (DIN: 07373830), shall cease to be the Independent Director of the Company with effect from February 09, 2026 upon completion of second consecutive term.
