Approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) prescribed under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015. 2. Limited Review Report on the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 315t December, 2025. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 01:00 PM and concluded at 02:00 PM.
