SEPC zooms on securing LoI from Telecommunications Consultants India

The LoI is for Smart Prepaid Metering in Punjab State for DBFOOT basis

SEPC is currently trading at Rs. 9.53, up by 0.51 points or 5.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 9.02 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 9.56 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.67 and Rs. 9.29 respectively. So far 867320 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 16.53 on 07-Feb-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 7.69 on 27-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 9.67 and Rs. 7.81 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1841.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 26.53%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.15% and 58.32% respectively.

SEPC has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Telecommunications Consultants India (TCIL) for Smart Prepaid Metering in Punjab State for Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOOT) basis along with M/s Adya Smart Metering.
