Britannia Industries soars on reporting 17% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

The total consolidated income of the company increased by 8.04% at Rs 5,029.28 crore for Q3FY26

Britannia Industries is currently trading at Rs. 6066.60, up by 192.90 points or 3.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 5873.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 6038.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6153.95 and Rs. 5972.85 respectively. So far 16488 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 6336.95 on 04-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4506.50 on 04-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 6153.95 and Rs. 5800.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 146263.66 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.55%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.48% and 14.97% respectively.

Britannia Industries has reported 23.50% rise in its net profit at Rs 688.03 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26) as compared to Rs 557.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 8.73% at Rs 4,868.68 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 4,477.96 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 16.89% rise in its net profit at Rs 679.96 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 581.69 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 8.04% at Rs 5,029.28 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 4,655.08 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
