Paras Defence acquires 49% stake in Himanshi Thermal
Himanshi Thermal has become an Associate Company of PARAS
Paras Defence and Space Technologies (PARAS) has completed the acquisition of 49% Equity Share Capital of Himanshi Thermal Solutions (Himanshi Thermal) from DefSpace Technologies (DefSpace) on February 19, 2026.
Consequent to the above, Himanshi Thermal has become an Associate Company of PARAS. The acquisition aligns with the company’s strategic objective of expansion. This acquisition has been structured to offer mutual benefits and is expected to create new growth avenues and business opportunities for both organizations at group level, fostering a mutually advantageous partnership.
Paras Defence and Space Technologies is primarily engaged in the designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing of a variety of defence and space engineering products and solutions.
