Gujarat Industries Power Company has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule 111 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Letter no. FD/0396/02/2026, dated 18/02/2026 (received through mail on 19/02/2026) of Finance Department, Government of Gujarat, Sandeep Kumar, IAS (DIN:06576903), Secretary (Economic Affairs), Finance Department, Government of Gujarat ceased to be the Director (Nominee of Government of Gujarat) from the Board of Directors of the company, consequent upon withdrawal of nomination by Finance Department, Government of Gujarat with effect from 19/02/2026. They enclosed the brief details of the changes as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, as Annexure A.
