Panabyte Technologies informs about agreements
Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in continuance of letter dated 16th January, 2026, Panabyte Technologies has informed that Panabyte Technologies has executed an Agreement on 17th February, 2026, the receipt of document whereof is recorded by the Company on 19th February 2026, for the purchase of land admeasuring to an extent of 3,309 Square Meters, bearing Survey No. 39/2, situated at Village Kalwar, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane from Shubham Spaces, a sole proprietorship concern. Details as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure A.
