Astra Microwave Products has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 27th February, 2026, at the Registered Office of the Company, to consider a restructuring of its business undertakings. Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in Securities of the Company by the Promoters/Directors/Designated persons and their immediate relatives from 20th February, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
