In continuation to the company (STC) letter dated February 11, 2026 intimating the outcome of Board Meeting in respect of appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officerl KMP. The State Trading Corporation of India has informed that Board of the company in its meeting held on February 11,2026 has approved the appointment of Ritu Bhatia (ACS:18344) as Company Secretary/KMP (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company with effect from March 10,2026. Vice Vipin Kumar Tripathi who will be relieved from the service of Company as Company Secretary on March 9,2026 (A/N). Further, the company has informed that Ritu Bhatia has assumed the charge as Company Secretary/KMP and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 10,2026.
