Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation informs about change in senior management
In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation has informed that pursuant to Railway Board’s Letter No. 2025/E(O)/II/5/53(3503876) dated 09.03.2026, Sunil Beniwal, IRTS formerly CCM/FM/HQ/NWR, Jaipur and presently on deputation as GGM/NZ/IRCTC (one level below the Board) has been repatriated with effect from 09.03.2026. Accordingly, he has ceased to be Senior Management Personnel with effect from 09.03.2026. Further, Naveen Dixit, GGM/IT/Projects shall look after the additional charge of GGM/NZ, in addition to his existing work, with immediate effect.
