The engagement marks a strategic addition to Calcom Vision’s growing client portfolio and further strengthens its presence in India’s electricals and LED lighting manufacturing ecosystem. This collaboration will enhance Calcom’s market position and foster mutual growth as the company broaden its customer base and continue delivering a wide range of LED and other electrical products. The details, as required, to be disclosed under the aforesaid Regulation 30 read with Clause 4.2 of Para B of Annexure- I of SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09 September, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-1 to this letter.
