Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations), Hatsun Agro Product has informed that the Company has received income-tax assessment order for Assessment Year 2024-2025 passed by the Assessment Unit, Income Tax Department. The details of the above order as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations are annexed as Annexure-I.
