NIIT informs about newspaper advertisements
Pursuant to Order dated 8th January, 2026 passed by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bench at Chandigarh, in the Company Petition bearing No. 2/CHD/HRY/2026 under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013, with respect to the Scheme of Amalgamation between NIIT Institute of Finance Banking & Insurance Training, RPS Consulting and NIIT and their respective Shareholders, NIIT has informed that the Notice was published in Business Standard (in English Language) and JanSatta (in Hindi Language) on March 10, 2026. The company has attached copies of the said advertisements in compliance with Regulation 30 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
