Further to letter dated February 05, 2026, whereby the company had submitted the Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of the Members of the Company for the following matters by way of postal ballot through electronic voting only (‘remote e-voting’): Re-appointment of Dr. Rajiv Banavali (DIN 09128266) as an Independent Director of the Company for the 2nd term of 2 years from May 18, 2026, till May 17, 2028, Laxmi Organic Industries has informed that it enclosed the voting results in the format prescribed under Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 along with the Scrutinizer's report issued by GMJ & Associates, Company Secretaries dated March 10, 2026, as per Section 108, 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Rules framed thereunder read with the Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time. Based on the Scrutinizer's report, the company has informed that all the Resolutions mentioned in the Notice of the Postal Ballot dated January 29, 2026, shall be deemed to be passed with the requisite majority on Sunday, March 08, 2026, being the last date of E-voting.
