Further to disclosure bearing Ref No: TSLL/54/2025-26 dated 13th January 2026 and bearing Ref No. TSLL/55/2025-26 dated 15th January 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III, Transworld Shipping Lines has informed that the Company has now received an order from the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in R/Admiralty Suit No. 05 of 2026. As per the said order, the Suit filed by the Plaintiff alleging mis delivery of the cargo stands withdrawn & disposed of. Accordingly: The arrest of the vessel SSL Visakhapatnam (IMO 9137521) stands vacated and The Bank Guarantee (issued by HDFC Bank) by way of a security submitted earlier in the Court has now been ordered to be released and returned to the Company.
