Oil India informs about change in directorate
Further to its letter of even no. dated 09.03.2026 on appointment of Bhupinder Kumar as Government Nominee Director, Oil India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved appointment of Bhupinder Kumar (DlN:11596173), Director, MoP&NG, as Government Nominee Director of the Company with effect from 10.03.2026 for a period three years (from the date of notification) on co-terminus basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Brief profile of Bhupinder Kumar, Government Nominee Director and other details as per SEBI Circular is attached as ‘Annexure-A’. Further, it has confirmed that Bhupinder Kumar is neither related to any Director of the Company nor been debarred from holding the office by virtue of any order of SEBI / any other authority.
