AIA Engineering informs about change in management
AIA Engineering has informed that in accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), B. F. Shah, Executive Director (Commercial), a Senior Management Personnel as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, of the Company has tendered his resignation. The Company acknowledged the resignation of B. F. Shah, Executive Director (Commercial) of the Company and confirmed that he was relieved from his duties with effect from the close of business hours on 17 March, 2026. The corresponding details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of SEBI LODR Regulations, are enclosed as per Annexure - A.
