In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Gujarat Themis Biosy has informed the Company has published the Notice of Postal Ballot of the Company has been published in the 'Western Times' (English) edition and in 'Western Times' (Gujarati) edition on Thursday, 19th March, 2026. Further, in pursuance of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III (A) (12) it has attached the copy of Newspaper articles as published in above mentioned newspapers.
