Pursuant to the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition and Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2026. The details of the date of Board meeting, in which the said results will be considered, shall be intimated in due course.
