Torrent Power’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Torrent Green Energy (TGEPL) has acquired 100% equity share capital of Onix-One Enersol for a total consideration of Rs 1 crore. This acquisition would enable the company to support ongoing and upcoming client commitments as connectivity has already been secured and land has been identified.
Torrent Power is an integrated utility engaged in the business of power generation, transmission and distribution with operations in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.
