H.M. Electro Mech informs about closure of trading window
In reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, H.M. Electro Mech has informed that the trading window shall remain close from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The designated persons and their immediate relatives will not trade in securities when trading window is closed.
