Burnpur Cement informs about disclosure
In continuation to earlier disclosure dated 30-08-2025, wherein the Company had informed about the levy of penalty of Rs. 1,55,760/- imposed by National Stock Exchange of India for non-compliance with provisions of Regulation 17(1A) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 in connection with the quarter ended June 2025, Burnpur Cement has informed that the said Stock Exchange, vide its communication dated 20th March 2026, has reversed/ withdrawn the aforesaid penalty. A copy of communication received from National Stock Exchange of India is enclosed. Accordingly, the penalty of Rs 1,55,760 stands nullified. The aforesaid information may be treated as an update to the earlier disclosure dated 30-08- 2025 pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015.
