Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) (as amended) read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Neueon Corporation has informed that late evening, the Company has received Listing approval from BSE vide their letter bearing No. LOD/PREF/TS/FIP/4134/2025-26 on March 20th, 2026 and from National Stock Exchange of India vide letter bearing NSE/LIST/52813 on March 20th, 2026 for 50,89,00,968 equity shares of Re 1 each issued and allotted to Preca Structures (Resolution Applicant) on a preferential basis in compliance with the Approved Resolution Plan approved by the Order passed by Hon’ble NCLT, Hyderabad bench dated 23rd October, 2024. The company is in process of corporate action with depositories and thereafter shall file trading application with exchanges.
