The Ramco Cements informs about trading window closure
Pursuant to our Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure, The Ramco Cements has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company’s Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st April 2026 to till completion of 2 trading days, from the date on which the Board Meeting will be held to consider the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ending 31.03.2026. The date of the Board Meeting would be intimated. The same is also being communicated to the Connected/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
