Haldyn Glass informs about trading window closure
Haldyn Glass has informed that in compliance with the Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and pursuant to the Company’s Code of Internal Control and Conduct for Preservation of Price Sensitive Information and Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Accordingly, all insiders/designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
