GTN Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated person of the Company from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2026 for which the Board Meeting will be held on or before 30th May, 2026 or any extended date if any.
