Agarwal Industrial Corporation has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company viz. Agarwal Industrial Corporation will remain closed for all Designated Persons, Promoters, Directors and Connected Persons (including immediate relatives) with effect from April 01, 2026 and will end 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2026 in accordance with Regulation 33 SEBI (LODR) 2015.
