Vintage Securities informs about closure of trading window
Vintage Securities has informed that the trading window, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (VSL Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall be closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons as per VSL Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company from 01st April, 2026. The trading window will re-open after 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31st, March, 2026.
