Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and shall open after 48 hours of the declaration of Audited Financial Result for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for consideration of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results would be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Directors/ Promoters/Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
