Moongipa Capital Finance informs about closure of trading window
Moongipa Capital Finance has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for the ‘Designated Persons’ from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till Forty-Eight post the date of Board Meeting. The afore-mentioned board meeting is to be scheduled, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Accordingly, the date of the board meeting will be intimated to the stock exchange in due course of time. Further, the designated persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
