Raaj Medisafe India informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) (as amended) and clarification on the same received from the Stock Exchange on 2nd April, 2019; Raaj Medisafe India has informed that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for dealing in the Company’s shares for all Promoters, directors/officers/ designated employees and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours of the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
