Bhageria Industries has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and ‘Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Connected/ Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026 (‘said results’). The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the said results will be intimated in due course.
