Pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, Shree Hari Chemicals Export has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till closure of 48 hours after the date of board meeting where, the approval of Audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026 and Audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 and declaration of dividend, if any would be considered. Accordingly, Directors/Officers/ Designated Employees/ Related Parties/ Other Designated Persons of the Company/their dependent family members and immediate relatives are now prohibited from trading in the Company’s securities during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
