In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st day of April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons/Directors/Promoters and other insiders are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
