Paras Defence divests entire 58.02% stake in Ayatti Innovative
Consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 6.99 crore
Paras Defence and Space Technologies (PARAS) has divested its entire 58.02% equity stake held in its subsidiary, Ayatti Innovative (Ayatti), comprising 15,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. Consequently, Ayatti has ceased to be a subsidiary of PARAS. Consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 6.99 crore.
Paras Defence and Space Technologies is primarily engaged in the designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing of a variety of defence and space engineering products and solutions.
