Jash Engineering has informed that the Board of Directors of JASH Engineering (the Company), at its meeting held today, Monday, March 30, 2026, has considered and declared the Interim Dividend of Rs 0.60 (Sixty Paisa) per equity share on face value of Rs 2 per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the interim Dividend, is Friday, 10th April 2026 being the Record date for payment of Interim Dividend and the interim dividend shall be duly paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.
