Bodhi Tree Multimedia acquires 50.01% equity stake in MISPL
Consequent to the above, Moving Image Studios has become a subsidiary of Bodhi Tree Multimedia
Bodhi Tree Multimedia has acquired 50.01% equity stake in Moving Image Studios (MISPL), comprising 10,004 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, at a premium of Rs 6,988.60 per equity share, aggregating to around Rs 7 crore. Consequent to the above, Moving Image Studios has become a subsidiary of Bodhi Tree Multimedia.
Bodhi Tree Multimedia is primarily engaged in content production for television, films and other digital platforms.
