Restile Ceramics informs about resignation of directors
Restile Ceramics has informed that Nalinkant Amratlal Rathod (DIN: 00272129), vide his letter dated March 30, 2026 has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on March 30, 2026 due to increase in professional obligations and inability to devote adequate time to the Company. The requisite disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with Clause 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/ CIR/ 2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Nalinkant Amratlal Rathod that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter dated March 30, 2026, and the same is enclosed as Annexure-B.
