Carnation Industries informs about trading window closure
Carnation Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from April 1, 2026 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the aforesaid financial results shall be intimated in due course, and during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not deal in the securities of the Company.
