B. L. Kashyap and Sons has informed that in terms of the Company’s ‘Code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading’ read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company would remain closed, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration/publication of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
