Tata Chemicals informs about simplification of holding structure
Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Tata Chemicals has informed that in order to rationalise the number of intermediate entities in the holding structure of the Company’s UK operations, Gusiute Holdings (UK) (GHUL) has transferred all its assets and investments to Homefield Pvt. UK (HFUK) effective March 30, 2026. Consequent to this transfer, GHUL has ceased to be a material subsidiary of the Company and HFUK is considered as a material subsidiary of the Company. These changes will result in simplification of the group holding structure without any change in the ultimate ownership of the Company over its UK holding and operating subsidiaries. The details required under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given in the enclosed Annexure.
