Galaxy Surfactants has informed that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘Regulations’), the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter & financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting to be held for considering, the quarterly and year ended financial results for the above-mentioned period, will be intimated to stock exchange(s) in due course of time as per the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
